Who is Marcus Baptista?

With over 20 years in leadership positions in global companies such as PepsiCo, RMB, Bestfoods, and Unilever—and over 6,000 hours dedicated to developing leaders, teams, and organizations—I am an executive and team coach and a member of EcoSocial. My experience spans multiple cultures and organizations in Brazil and around the world.

I am internationally certified by the ICF as a PCC and ACTC, and am also an MBTI instructor, conflict mediator, and organizational systemic constellator.

I work in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

I integrate methodological consistency with human sensitivity to support professionals, leaders, and national and international organizations, contributing to cultural transformation, strengthening trust, and continuous growth.
